In Progress
I'm still processing all that I learned from my time at the Cleveland Clinic last week. Like the sketch at left, my thinking is a work in progress. I'll have an essay next week.
I hope this blog can help other people who are facing life and death issues. I post every other week. The blog is narrative; to follow the "story" start with the August 2009 entry and go forward. Click on most images to load larger views.
I'm a retired professor of journalism from Ohio University. I live on a hilltop acreage with two pure-bred mutts, Mandy and Fezzik, and an astonishing abundance of weeds that spread by rootrunner.
